  • Where can ActiWay be used?
    We offer the largest network of wellness suppliers in Sweden, with 8 000 suppliers in 700 cities all over the country. Here you will find the largest fitness franchises, massage therapists, yoga studios, diet consultants, swimming halls, team sports, and much more.
  • How can we use ActiWay?
    ActiWay is an easier way to offer employees a wellness allowance. You choose the amount in the portal, and then employees use the allowance at 8 000 wellness suppliers – solely by using their ID. Administration for both you and your employees is minimized, and you can easily follow up on usage by looking at statistics in the portal.
  • What is a wellness allowance?
    A wellness allowance is a way for employers to subsidize their employees’ wellness activities. The allowance is tax free for the employee and deductible for the employer. In other words, employees can be offered an annual allowance via ActiWay to a maximum amount 5 000 SEK.
  • What does it cost to use Actiway?
    One of the ideas behind ActiWay is to reduce our customers’ costs related to the wellness allowance. That’s why you only pay a reduced administration and maintenance fee apart from the allowance itself.
  • How do I log in?
    You find the login section at the top right corner on the website.

    Username: Your personal identity number (ÅÅÅÅMMDDXXXX), or the e-mail address you entered in your account.

    Password: A password was sent to your e-mail address after completed registration at ActiWay.

    Have you forgotten your password?
    Click the symbol for “I have forgotten my password” next to the login. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when you registered.
You can now also login to your ActiWay account via Mobilt BankID or BankID on your computer. If you don’t already have a BankID, you can read more about how you get one here.

  • We already have deals with wellness suppliers...
    ActiWay doesn’t replace existing wellness deals; it offers an increased freedom of choice and reduced administration. Employers can also choose to set aside a reduced part of the wellness grant to ActiWay. The easiest thing to do is to let all employees pay using ActiWay, even for the suppliers you have a deal with.
