At ActiWay we always strive for our systems to be as secure as possible in order to ensure that our customers or partners feel safe when using our services.
Our entire website and the traffic to and from actiway.se are without exception encrypted. All access to our services is regulated strictly by different user roles.
Swedish Privacy Act/Personuppgiftslagen (PUL) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
We have plenty of experience managing personal data within the PUL framework, and we now embrace the new General Data Protection Regulation GDPR which will replace PUL on May 25th, 2018.

No passwords are saved before being separately encrypted. This means that no one, not even staff at ActiWay, can see your account password. That is why a lost password must be replaced with a new one.
Development and operation
ActiWay develops and operates in Sweden. All data is stored in a data centre in Stockholm using the security you have come to expect from a modern data centre.
Each day all data is backed up to a separate location to ensure that the service can be fully restored in case of data loss.
We conduct regular, automated tests of all our services. We test our system in 300 different ways each time. In addition, we also conduct manual supplementary tests to ensure the highest level of security.
Card payments on actiway.se
All card payments on actiway.se are made in collaboration with our partner Payer Financial Services AB. Payer is one of the leading companies in Sweden for secure payment solutions.
As a part of our security, we never disclose specific details about the methods we use to maintain security in our services.
